Cadence Ford is an Emotional Mastery Coach for a program created by Jeny Hale of Authentic Living. As a recent graduate coach for Emotional Mastery, she was about to facilitate her first pilot program along with other graduate coaches.
The pilot program included both group coaching and one on one coaching over a period of 4 months. The price of the program was $1500 and the goal of the EM (Emotional Mastery) coaches was to acquire a total of 17 clients. Of all the coaches that were supporting the promotion and launch of this pilot program, Cadence was on a team of four EM coaches that were directly coached by Justin to market their program.
None of these four coaches had ever done any marketing or sales before. They had regular salaried jobs and had little or no experience with social media marketing. They expressed that they considered it a steep learning curve and were overwhelmed with the idea of online marketing, referring to it as feeling "icky" and "slimy".
Cadence and her team of three other coaches felt supported by Justin every step of the way during their marketing campaign. Additional strategies were only introduced after previous concepts had been fully grasped and implemented. Justin showed up whenever guidance was needed, which made it easier for the EM coaches to show up for themselves and for each other.
The EM coaches never felt alone, lost, or frustrated while following the strategies of Justin's program. Cadence said that because Justin is also doing the same strategies, she and the other EM coaches could see the exact implementation of what he was instructing them to do. This also allowed Justin to show them specific and recent examples of his content marketing strategies. Justin also engaged with the EM coaches' posts and actively engaged with their content to support their marketing campaign.
Cadence and her team of EM coaches successfully collected $13k in sales in just three weeks, securing 9 clients into their Emotional Mastery Program. Cadence and her team of four brought in more than half of the clients needed to reach their goal of 17. They also surpassed their goal, requiring coaches to take on more clients than initially planned.
Cadence and the other EM coaches are now confident that they can do marketing and sales in a way that is ethically aligned with their values. Because of Justin, these EM coaches know how to market their offers, nurture leads, conduct effective discovery calls, close high ticket sales calls, and know how to implement duplicatable marketing strategies to acquire new clients and make even more sales.
